Every nail set is personally inspected and packaged by our founder to ensure perfection. 

General Policy
All sales from our vending machines are final. Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges of any purchased nail sets.

Refund Policy
We stand behind our products and only issue refunds for:
-  Machine Errors: Payment processed but no product dispensed
- System Failures: Technical issues preventing purchase

Refund Request Requirements
To submit a valid refund request, please email us at contact@jjnailsexpress.com within 24 hours of purchase and provide the following information:

• Last 4 digits of payment card used
• Transaction time/date (if mobile payment: screenshot of payment confirmation)
• Machine location (mall name )
• Description of problem (error message, defect photos, etc.)

Refund Process

• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Processing time: 3-5 business days
• Refund appears in 7-10 business days (varies by bank)
